Returns Policy

We do offer a full refund (excluding postage) if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would wish to return it. Please notify us within 14 days to ensure your refund is accepted, if 14 days or more have past since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange. Please do not send the item/s back without notifying us first that you would like to return your purchase.

Please note:

  • We are unable to accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons unless there is a fault. 
  • You must return your item within 14 days from the moment you notified us that you would like a refund. 
  • Items must be unused and in the condition in which you received 
  • Items must be in the original packaging
  • A valid proof of purchase / order number is supplied 

Returns Postage

The customer is responsible for postage regarding the return. It is recommended that the item is returned with a tracked service as damaged or lost items cannot be replaced or refunded.
